📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and profitability within a specified region and business segment.

• Develop a strategy for sustainable organic growth that emphasizes financial outcomes, new business development, customer retention, and the acquisition and development of talent.

• Set, guide, and oversee sales targets and objectives that are in line with national practices and regional strategies.

• Inspire, coach, and lead sales teams with a focus on revenue enhancement.

• Assess recruitment requirements and strategies aimed at retaining high-caliber talent.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to build and sustain a pipeline of potential candidates.

• Discover opportunities and formulate strategies for improvement, including new business ventures, possible acquisitions, community engagement, partnerships with carriers, and industry networking.

• Assess the sales team's expertise in sales methodologies, insurance coverage, company capabilities, carrier products, and technological proficiency.

• Design and execute training programs for both new and current sales personnel.

• Offer guidance and constructive feedback based on measurable objectives to promote performance growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Analyze performance metrics and outcomes, compile regular reports comparing actual results with objectives, and implement necessary corrective measures.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with carrier partners to enhance product offerings and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales and leadership roles.

• Active Producer Insurance license in good standing.

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of all relevant insurance coverage types.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Administration.
