📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven GEO strategies that align with client objectives and performance targets.

• Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities for GEO expansion.

• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Creative, and Operational teams to ensure content programs function as integrated systems.

• Conduct regular GEO audits to pinpoint growth gaps and propose enhancements.

• Create scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize the execution of strategies across various accounts.

• Present strategic insights, performance results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority.

• Mentor junior strategists by exemplifying analytical depth, structured thinking, and professional communication.

• Ensure alignment between content initiatives and overarching digital marketing and business KPIs.

• Monitor the achievement of content KPIs, qualified traffic and conversion growth, timely strategic deliverables, client satisfaction, and efficiency improvements through enhanced systems and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or Reddit.

• Demonstrated success in developing digital marketing programs that lead to measurable business results.

• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities (e.g., Profound (or SEMRushAI, Peec, Athena, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot).

• Experience in managing content ecosystems and coordinating efforts across teams.

• Exceptional ability to present and deliver consultative value to clients and stakeholders, emphasizing evidence-based and structured recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — capable of translating complex insights into clear and persuasive narratives.
