This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Provide support to hospitals and surgical teams through both onsite and remote consulting services for da Vinci Surgery.
• Identify and implement best practices aimed at robotic program standardization, enhancing operational efficiency, team training, cost management, and block time utilization.
• Develop expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories, focusing on their use, application, troubleshooting, and handling.
• Independently oversee the assigned territory while balancing consulting engagements with administrative duties.
• Create and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational initiatives tailored for selected customer accounts.
• Lead intricate, long-term consulting engagements involving hospital stakeholders and cross-functional Intuitive teams.
• Identify challenges, barriers to utilization, and strategic opportunities.
• Align hospital stakeholders on priorities and implementation strategies.
• Monitor progress and maintain consistent communication regarding shared timelines.
• Provide in-person and virtual consulting focused on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, staff training, cost containment, block scheduling, and the integration of new systems.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and performance data to customize engagements and showcase measurable value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Training, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams.
• Support Genesis and Intuitive conferences, congresses, and training sessions.
• Engage in new product launches, training, and integration planning.
• Collect and report customer feedback and concerns through internal channels.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; equivalent clinical, medical, or healthcare-related experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in healthcare or hospital management.
• Ideally, experience in a B2B sales role or a leadership position within a hospital.
• Proven experience working in or with Operating Room departments.
• A solid track record of achieving results through collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences and group sizes.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable work schedule, including the potential for occasional extended hours.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively within healthcare stakeholder environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently across various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable tools.
• Experience in project management and complex, customer-facing initiatives related to OR efficiency, productivity, or cost containment.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management is an advantage.
• Remote work arrangement available.
