This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the performance and development of a designated Strategic Business Unit, encompassing business strategy, revenue generation, contribution margin, growth priorities, product strategy, investment priorities, and overall execution.
• Enhance and solidify product-market fit by maintaining a close relationship with customers and the market, grasping buyer needs, forecasting market trends, and converting emerging requirements into distinctive solutions.
• Build and lead a buyer-focused, cross-functional team that includes Product, Technology, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Professional Services.
• Manage revenue, contribution margin, investment priorities, and comprehensive business performance.
• Drive profitable revenue expansion and enhance contribution margin.
• Set business-level KPIs and allocate resources to the highest-return opportunities.
• Formulate and implement a business strategy that aligns with enterprise and portfolio priorities.
• Identify and cultivate growth opportunities across buyers, markets, solutions, partnerships, and business models.
• Anticipate market changes and competitive dynamics, adjusting strategy as conditions develop.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
• Align Product and Technology efforts with customer needs, functionality, priorities, and commercial readiness.
• Balance customer value, commercial potential, technical feasibility, and investment requirements.
• Develop and enhance the commercial model, including channels, buying motions, customer engagement, pricing, packaging, and commercial incentives.
• Establish repeatable demand generation and revenue growth capabilities.
• Maintain close engagement with buyers, partners, and the wider customer ecosystem.
• Foster senior customer relationships and institutionalize the Voice of Customer.
• Monitor competitive and market changes and translate market insights into solutions.
• Utilize shared Human Intelligence assets, platforms, and Centers of Excellence.
• Operate efficiently within a matrixed organization, driving alignment and execution through cross-functional influence.
• Clarify shared goals and decision-making rights while modeling collaborative, enterprise-first leadership.
• Develop distinct business capabilities while minimizing unnecessary duplication of enterprise resources.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent, including future leaders and succession planning capabilities.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for individual and team performance.
• Foster a collaborative, owner-oriented culture with a focus on customer orientation, sound judgment, speed, and results.
• Achieve sustainable business performance while enhancing the long-term value and competitive position of the business.
• Over 12 years of progressive business leadership experience, including significant business, revenue, and financial accountability.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations.
• Established track record of working in a matrixed environment where collaboration and influencing skills are essential for success.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve results in a matrixed organization, with proven expertise in cross-functional influence, stakeholder alignment, and building trust across enterprise functions without relying on direct authority.
• In-depth domain, customer, market, and partner expertise pertinent to the assigned business.
• Strong strategic judgment, financial insight, executive presence, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
