General Manager, Healthcare Analytics Solutions

📋 Description

• Establish SIR's business strategy and long-term vision.

• Outline the transition from descriptive and retrospective reporting to advanced and predictive analytics.

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain the SIR operations team and resources for analytics initiatives.

• Ensure the precision, relevance, and trust of clients in medical and pharmacy claims analytics.

• Convert claims and healthcare spending data into insights that assist employers in reducing care costs and enhancing outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering to devise and prioritize a feasible analytics roadmap.

• Propel investment priorities across product development and market entry strategies.

• Own the go-to-market strategy and market positioning.

• Foster business growth, customer retention, satisfaction, and market influence.

• Align Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and enterprise support functions around common priorities.

• Enhance business performance and outcomes, contributing to Lumelight's growth and value generation.

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare analytics, claims operations, benefits consulting, payer, PBM, or self-insured employer settings.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.

• Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data and healthcare cost analytics.

• Experience in translating intricate analytics into customer-facing business value.

• Robust project management and organizational skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to identify opportunities for enhancing client experiences.

• Preferred MBA, MHA, MPH, or another relevant advanced degree.

• Familiarity with self-insured employers, stop-loss carriers, or population health analytics.

• Exposure to predictive modeling, actuarial concepts, AI, or advanced analytics.
