General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and optimal resource utilization.

• Create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at fostering company growth, market expansion, and improved service offerings.

• Guide and mentor Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians, Administrative Assistants, and other support personnel.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Oversee the financial well-being of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in the service sector, ideally in tile and grout restoration or similar fields.

• Understanding of tile and grout restoration services or a closely related industry.

• Capability to formulate and implement strategic plans that propel company success.
