General Manager

📋 Description

• In the role of General Manager at Nomad Insurance, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle.

• Combine the roles of a product leader with that of a growth leader.

• Accountable for the product's overall success, from strategy formulation and user experience design to ensuring seamless operational execution.

• Guide the Nomad Insurance team, which includes growth, engineering, and design, ensuring that team members are both joyful and productive.

• Address challenges and achieve product and growth objectives, maintaining alignment with the company's wider strategy and vision.

• Act as the advocate for our Nomad Insurance customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and that we create products they genuinely appreciate.

• Collaborate with the product team to establish product goals, prioritize features, and implement product enhancements.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Nomad Insurance team, ensuring they stay organized, happy, and effective.
