General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage daily operations to meet business objectives and goals.

• Create and implement strategic initiatives that enhance growth and efficiency.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.

• Enhance financial performance through efficient budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Supervise all operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the organization.

• Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and market opportunities.

• Guide, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives.

• Track key performance indicators and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and resource distribution to optimize profitability.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Work with senior leadership to uncover growth opportunities and manage risks.

• Act as a representative of Gururo in external engagements, including partnerships, negotiations, and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is required.

• An MBA is preferred.

• At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in a similar industry or role.

• A proven history of effectively managing operations and driving business growth.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to think strategically and execute efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient with business management software and data analysis tools.

• Demonstrated capability to build and lead diverse teams.
