This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement AbbVie programs that enhance treatment delivery for infused therapy offerings within the Gastroenterology business unit.
• Identify and cultivate business-to-business relationships with local care sites while developing and executing account/partner business strategies.
• Manage the development, execution, and evaluation of site-of-care strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and assess activities that optimize pull-through via coordinated business planning.
• Maximize site-of-care potentials in alignment with product labeling, strategic priorities, and company policies.
• Achieve defined goals through management-by-objectives.
• Present therapy and clinical procedure overviews to assigned site-of-care customers and partners, coordinating with Medical Affairs when necessary.
• Identify deficiencies in current site-of-care networks and create strategies to broaden site-of-care options.
• Execute national partnership contracts at the local level.
• Create business cases to support contracts and oversee their execution and management for optimal outcomes when applicable.
• Provide continuous education related to access, including coding and billing.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with administrative leaders at site-of-care facilities.
• Stay informed about healthcare issues and strategies, customer challenges and trends, and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions.
• Assess, develop, monitor, and evaluate partnerships and business strategies against profit, growth, and value objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with relevant account stakeholders.
• Create and deliver business presentations and reviews for customers and partners.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in market access/site-of-care customer segments and reimbursement, including dealings with commercial and government payers and billing/coding for infused products.
• Direct experience in identifying and activating sites of care within infusion service areas, including national and regional infusion service providers, specialty pharmacies, infusion management companies, and buy-and-bill physician office practices.
• Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions while understanding when to seek supervisory input.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement frameworks.
• Proven integrity in professional conduct.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify issues within the context of broader policies and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

• Willingness to travel 70–75% of the time.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
