
Gas Leak Survey Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Deliver technical support and services to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of systems.
• Install and set up equipment and software as needed.
• Conduct on-site inspections of gas facilities.
• Investigate specific findings thoroughly.
• Accurately document inspection outcomes and service actions.
• Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Communicate courteously with customers.
• Operate independently without supervision throughout the client's 18-county service area after training.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Travel to assist with other projects as necessary.
• Report directly to the Field Service Supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or direct customer service.
• Must engage in training and successfully complete operator qualifications for service.
• Must pass a DOT drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Honeywell's standards.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Capability to regularly carry necessary tools and a tool bag weighing 10-15 lbs for extended periods and distances.
• Ability to stand and/or walk on concrete and other surfaces for extended durations.
• Proficient in wearing required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, hard hats, safety glasses/goggles/face shields, hearing protection, safety harnesses, and resistant gloves.
• Experience with Gas Leak Surveys and Inspections is preferred.
• A college degree or technical certification is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are valued.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively is important.
• Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or possess asylum/refugee status as required by US export laws.
