This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Deliver technical assistance and support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of systems.
• Set up and configure equipment and software.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of gas facilities.
• Examine specific findings.
• Record all inspection outcomes and keep precise service documentation.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate courteously with customers.
• Operate independently without supervision across the client's 18-county service area after training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Travel to assist with additional projects as needed.
• Report directly to the Field Service Supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or direct customer interaction.
• Must engage in training and successfully complete operator qualifications for service.
• Must pass a DOT drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to Honeywell.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Capability to carry necessary tools and a 10–15 lb tool bag regularly for extended durations and distances.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete and other surfaces.
• Must be able to properly wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles/face shield, hearing protection, safety harness, and protective gloves.
• Experience in Gas Leak Surveys and Inspections is preferred.
• A college degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office is valued.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are valued.
• Ability to adhere to instructions is valued.
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual and security clearance requirements.
