Garnishment Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage payment files for US and Canadian garnishments in accordance with withholding orders generated in Workday.

• Handle refunds and reissues upon receiving an amendment or release from the relevant agency.

• Disburse wage garnishment payments through checks and EFT to designated payees.

• Create reports from three distinct applications for customer presentations, metrics tracking, and internal operations.

• Analyze and resolve tickets while providing precise customer information and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Verify and ensure that garnishment collections and payments are processed and released to the bank.

• Offer payment history reports to customers.

• Collaborate with both internal and external departments to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.

• Complete mandatory online learning materials provided by the company.

• Participate in special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• Basic understanding of garnishments and payroll functions and processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Ability to meet established deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data from various systems.

• Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.

• Previous experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx is preferred.
