This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Develop new Hybrid Casual games from the ground up
• Recognize product opportunities and transform them into testable game ideas and prototypes
• Investigate Hybrid Casual trends, emerging mechanics, successful products, competitors, player behaviors, and market possibilities
• Oversee projects from initial concept and prototype through marketability testing, technical launch, retention analysis, and D7/D30 validation
• Establish product hypotheses, validation criteria, testing phases, and minimum product scope
• Evaluate test findings and make decisions on whether to proceed, iterate, or discontinue
• Manage early-stage product metrics such as CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS
• Collaborate with Game Design on gameplay, progression, difficulty, economy, meta systems, and monetization
• Partner with UA and Creative teams to assess marketability and creative potential
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of product concepts and experiments
• Lead a cross-functional R&D team across Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, and Creative
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer in mobile gaming
• Demonstrated experience in guiding multiple game concepts from idea or prototype to market validation, including projects that reached retention and D7/D30 testing stages
• A portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects showcasing product hypotheses, validation techniques, metrics utilized, results obtained, and decisions derived from those results
• Strong comprehension of the Hybrid Casual mobile gaming market, encompassing current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends
• Solid understanding of early-stage product and UA metrics, including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS
• Capability to determine if a project's primary issue resides in core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and to outline the next experiment accordingly
• Strong analytical and product thinking skills with the capacity to make decisions based on incomplete data
• Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and prioritization abilities
