This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct market research to identify promising games, mechanics, and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal AI system for searching and analyzing game concepts.
• Evaluate discovered games and determine which ideas should proceed to testing.
• Justify decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of ideas.
• Analyze gameplay, visuals, marketability, competitors, and the potential for concept adaptation.
• Compare forecasts with actual test results and identify reasons for discrepancies.
• Develop and refine criteria for assessing game ideas.
• Assess the quality of new analysis versions and identify weaknesses.
• Formulate and test hypotheses for improving AI tools.
• Assign tasks to developers and prioritize the development of internal tools.
• Prepare concise game briefs/mini-GDD based on successful concepts.
• Monitor the quality of automatically generated game documentation and adjust as needed.
• Experience in various roles: Game Designer, Game Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager.
• A minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game market and a broad gaming perspective.
• Experience in game production, publishing, game design, or product management.
• Ability to quickly analyze a game and understand why it works or why it might potentially succeed.
• Understanding of core gameplay, meta, progression, retention, and monetization.
• Comprehension of fundamental UA, marketability, CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical and product-oriented thinking.
• Capability to make decisions under conditions of incomplete data and articulate them clearly.
• Skill in transforming observations and issues into specific hypotheses and tasks.
• Ability to create concise and comprehensible game documentation.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and a desire to utilize them as an integral working tool.
• Independence: the ability to not only identify problems but also independently seek solutions, formulate next steps, and advance tasks.
• Plus: experience in mobile publishing, working with CTR, creative tests, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Plus: familiarity with AppMagic, Sensor Tower, data.ai, or similar tools.
• Plus: experience in developing internal product or AI tools.
