Game Designer / Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop concepts for RNG slots and instant games, encompassing mechanics, bonus features, progressions, events, player flows, and UX logic.

• Draft Game Design Documents (GDDs), tasks for mathematicians, and briefs for art and animation teams.

• Collaborate with mathematicians on RTP, volatility, and feature frequency.

• Engage in balancing and fine-tuning features based on player data analysis.

• Guide the game from initial concept through certification to live release.

• Ensure design compliance during implementation through quality assurance checks.

• Prioritize retention and engagement metrics throughout the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in game design, with at least 2 years focused on slots or social casinos.

• Proven track record with 10 or more released slots or instant games for which you were the primary Game Designer.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire production cycle.

• Experience in establishing goals for the art team, mathematicians, and developers.

• Awareness of market differences across various countries.

• Background in a startup environment where processes are developed from the ground up (preferred).

• Familiarity with other game genres, including free-to-play, mobile games, and hyper-casuals (preferred).

• Experience with localization into multiple languages (preferred).
