Funding Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees and directs all operations and functions of the Funding Department

• Leads the Funding Leadership Team within the designated territory

• Collaborates with divisional, regional, branch, assistive technology, and office leadership to execute Funding procedures in line with company policy and timelines

• Manages the transaction cycle from Ready to Process through to Funding Approval

• Oversees the hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, continuous education, and career advancement of the Funding Specialist Team

• Develops and sustains training materials, guides, and progress tracking

• Supervises Funding Specialists, ensuring productivity, quality, and compassion

• Allocates work order caseloads and adjusts responsibilities as needed

• Arranges for temporary coverage to guarantee timely processing of orders

• Shares Key Performance Indicators with the team and stakeholders

• Calculates and requests monthly bonus payments for direct reports

• Manages the credit exception process

• Addresses employee and client conflicts and escalates unresolved matters

• Manages payroll and administrative functions for direct reports

• Completes ongoing education and investigates payer issues and updates

• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Division Funding Director

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations

• 2 years of experience overseeing a minimum of 10 direct reports

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Capable of reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and governmental regulations

• Must meet established productivity and quality standards

• Required to maintain regular and predictable attendance

• Must comply with the work from home policy and its requirements
