This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees and directs all functions and operations of the Funding Department

• Leads the Funding Leadership Team within the designated territory

• Collaborates with Divisional Vice Presidents, Regional Area Directors, Branch Leaders, Assistive Technology Professionals, and other office leadership and support staff

• Manages the transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval

• Coordinates and oversees the hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, continuous education, and career advancement of the Funding Specialist Team

• Develops and sustains training materials, guides, and progress reports

• Supervises Funding Specialists while monitoring their productivity, quality, and compassion

• Directs work order caseloads and reallocates responsibilities as needed

• Arranges temporary coverage to ensure timely and quality processing of orders

• Shares and coordinates Key Performance Indicators with direct reports and stakeholders

• Calculates and requests monthly bonus payments for the team of direct reports

• Manages the credit exception process to expedite delivery when necessary

• Addresses conflict resolution for employees and clients

• Oversees payroll and administrative duties for direct reports

• Completes ongoing education related to job responsibilities, company policies, procedures, payer issues, and updates

• Performs additional duties assigned by the Division Funding Director with minimal supervision
