Funding Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate cases before funding is granted

• Ensure compliance with all funding protocols for each case

• Assess contracts for accuracy

• Return cases for revision when necessary

• Conduct identity verification, bankruptcy evaluations, and MLA (Military Lending Act) reports

• Arrange payments through Western Union, ACH, check, wire, or the third-party vendor Kyck Global

• Assist the legal funding sales team

• Handle payments for approved plaintiffs seeking legal funding

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory; some college education is advantageous

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting is required

• Financial acumen is preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong work ethic

• Capability to follow established processes and procedures

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in PC usage

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred

• Availability to work from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST, Monday through Friday
