This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Utilize dashboards on a daily basis to monitor, manage, and finalize assigned tickets, contracts, and purchase requisitions.
• Filter and prioritize daily tasks by assessing dashboard queues.
• Supervise active tickets and prioritize tasks based on operational importance and aging days.
• Provide prompt ticket updates in line with SLA requirements.
• Keep clear, up-to-date status notes and adhere to high documentation standards.
• Manage active contracts in the funding queue and prioritize review processes.
• Update contract notes at least once a week with the latest funding progress.
• Review contracts associated with approved Purchase Requisitions and ensure PRs are appropriately linked and sanctioned.
• Update the system immediately upon PR approval and readiness.
• Track pending PR approvals on a daily basis.
• Proactively follow up on pending requisitions based on urgency, including daily follow-ups for Urgent Requisitions and regular follow-ups for Standard Requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited college or university, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience in drafting reports, business correspondence, and processes.
• Ability to effectively present information and address inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Experience in resolving practical issues with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, spoken, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.
• Capability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
• High technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and contemporary collaboration tools.
• Ability to rapidly master new software and digital workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Telecom Expense Management Systems (TEMS), such as Rivermine.
• Familiarity with ERP tools, including SAP Fiori, Ariba, and Buying Hub.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms, such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Ability to interpret complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to analyze detailed invoices line by line.
• Ability to calculate foreign exchange (FX) variances.
• Ability to perform usage analyses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships, updating stakeholders, and handling high-priority operational escalations.
• Self-driven with strong project ownership from initiation to completion.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
