Functioneel Beheerder, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Managing IAM and other IT applications within DJI

• Monitoring, overseeing, configuring, testing, and supporting applications

• Analyzing and resolving complex IAM issues

• Overseeing the interconnection between ICT products and the impact of IAM requirements on projects and primary processes

• Guiding fellow functional administrators and project staff

• Becoming proficient in the underlying business processes of DJI

• Fulfilling a coordinating role within IAM

• Developing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers in collaboration with service management

• Collaborating with information management and architecture to create and update DJI's IAM roadmap

• Promoting and shaping the IAM roadmap within the organization

• Optimizing primary work processes through further digitalization

• Assisting clients in the primary process to manage their process management effectively

• Contributing to the professionalization of processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a demonstrable HBO work or thinking level

• At least 3 years of experience in functional management

• Experience with or knowledge of IAM information analysis

• Familiarity with ITIL4 Foundation and BiSL, or willingness to gain this knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to quickly grasp complex matters and translate user needs into ICT solutions

• Process-oriented thinking

• Taking initiative and demonstrating perseverance

• Experience within a politically administrative organization

• Ability to obtain a VOG upon positive outcome

• A motivation letter is required
