Functional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Functional Lead in all phases of project execution from start to finish.

• Collect, evaluate, and document intricate business requirements from client stakeholders.

• Develop clear functional specifications, process diagrams, and actionable user stories.

• Adjust Visualfabriq platform settings in line with the approved functional design.

• Organize and lead client workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

• Investigate, assess, and address functional issues that arise during implementation.

• Raise significant design decisions and process risks to the Functional Lead.

• Work closely with technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Visualfabriq implementations, or in Business Analysis / Product Ownership for enterprise platforms.

• Strong functional knowledge of TPM (Trade Promotion Management), TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization), and RGM (Revenue Growth Management) processes.

• Practical system configuration experience in enterprise SaaS tools or platforms such as Salesforce/CPGvision, Oracle Demantra, Vistex, Vividly, or Anaplan.

• Demonstrated capability to gather client requirements, lead discovery workshops, and produce functional documentation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on client interaction.

• Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish (native/fluent) and fluent English is required.

• Must reside in Latin America.

• Official Visualfabriq certifications are a plus.

• Previous experience managing projects for international enterprise clients is an advantage.
