Functional Expert, RE NXT & AI Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert and champion for RE NXT Web View along with emerging AI-driven features.

• Work closely with customers to enhance product adoption, streamline workflows, and achieve quantifiable business results.

• Conduct presentations, webinars, executive briefings, product demos, and industry thought leadership materials.

• Collaborate with customers to pinpoint best practices and support them in achieving higher operational maturity and success.

• Team up with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to refine messaging, adoption strategies, and customer enablement initiatives.

• Create resources for customers, such as playbooks, best-practice manuals, case studies, and success narratives.

• Evaluate product usage and customer feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, aiding in steering product innovation and prioritizing future roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, or a similar SaaS position.

• Proven experience delivering presentations to executive, technical, and end-user audiences with poise and authority.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to convert product features into customer value and tangible business outcomes.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and functions.

• Familiarity with RE N XT or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms and customer workflows.

• Proven track record in driving product adoption, managing change, leading digital transformation, or executing customer success initiatives.

• Experience in the nonprofit sector and knowledge of AI-driven technologies and solutions is preferred.
