Functional Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical authority on the Loan Origination System.

• Lead system improvements, support, and the rollout of new functionalities.

• Configure, modify, add, and remove settings within the Loan Origination System.

• Collaborate with internal Technology development and shared services teams, vendors, portfolio teams, and architecture teams.

• Execute comprehensive what-if analyses and testing.

• Oversee data validation for integrations and data migrations.

• Transition configurations and relevant objects between different environments.

• Manage and evaluate vendor-supplied updates and new or enhanced features.

• Partner with implementation teams.

• Coordinate with vendor support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable technical and business experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in supporting, configuring, and implementing a Loan Origination System or similar systems and/or modules.

• Familiarity with administration tools for Mortgage Cadence or a comparable Loan Origination System.

• Proficient in PL/SQL or other programming languages.

• Background in analysis, administration, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and software/data environment refreshes is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently under time constraints, adapt to changing priorities, and operate independently.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to engage with executives, managers, end users, Technology professionals, and subject matter experts.

• Skill in identifying root causes and corrective actions using effective problem-solving techniques.
