Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements that need to be addressed via systems support.

• Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gain insights into business challenges and goals.

• Analyze, negotiate, and define requirements.

• Develop use cases and create prototypes for system modifications.

• Diagram processes and data models.

• Assess integration across the company's various systems.

• Oversee and assist in system development by clarifying queries from developers and enhancing specifications.

• Organize and perform tests to evaluate system functionality.

• Assist in validating the project with stakeholders and oversee user acceptance testing.

• Coordinate system implementation, including installation and data migration if required.

• Supervise the usage of the delivered system, aiding users in identifying and correcting errors while implementing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in System Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Techniques.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Knowledge of systems development methodologies.

• Familiarity with the Waterfall Model.

• Experience with Agile Methods.

• Competence in Project Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
