Fullstack Software Engineer – Tech Foundations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for members, healthcare professionals, and internal users.

• Empower product teams by enhancing infrastructure, developer experience, operational efficiency, and security measures.

• Optimize hosting, CI/CD processes, scalability, and multi-cloud architecture.

• Manage authentication, encryption, threat mitigation, security, and compliance protocols.

• Refine local environment setups, monorepo tooling, observability, and technological advancements.

• Contribute to design systems, accessibility, and the unification of design and development.

• Foster AI-assisted engineering through autonomous development, code assistants, and MCP servers.

• Engage in product decision-making while taking ownership of the systems and features created.

• Deploy software on a daily basis using distributed ownership methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering positions.

• Proven experience in developing internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that enhance developer workflows.

• Strong skills in frontend development with a solid understanding of contemporary UI practices.

• Contributions to design systems, component libraries, or initiatives focused on accessibility.

• Passionate about creating enjoyable experiences when developing UIs or APIs.

• Prioritize developer experience, viewing engineers as customers.

• Collaborative, humble, and driven by the success of others.

• Able to simplify complexity with elegant abstractions and maintainable code.

• Enthusiastic about AI and automation within engineering workflows.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is not required.

• Must have legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

• Currently based in or willing to relocate to France, Spain, or Belgium.
