Fullstack Software Engineer – Ops AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Construct the Ops AI Platform from the ground up, defining its architecture, product, and foundational elements.

• Incorporate AI agents into internal tools featuring context-aware chat interfaces.

• Empower non-technical Ops users to create, manage, test, assess, and monitor AI agents.

• Develop tools that connect AI agents to internal business data, external servers, and web dashboards without the use of APIs.

• Establish safety and accuracy measures, including testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, permissions, and limitations.

• Create LLM, tool-calling, human-in-the-loop, internal-tools UX, and multi-agent functionalities for production deployment.

• Scale automation from handling dozens to tens of thousands of daily tasks.

• Impact system architecture and enhance code quality.

• Guide engineers, contribute to product and engineering culture, and engage in the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product engineering role.

• Robust background in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture, focusing on backend engineering.

• Familiarity with traditional ML, LLMs, or MLOps is advantageous.

• A product-focused mindset.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is not mandatory.

• Legally authorized to work in France for any employer.

• Possess high potential and a keen sense of curiosity.
