Fullstack Engineer, Python, Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable frontend and backend services along with automated workflows.

• Utilize Java as the primary backend language, alongside Python, microservices architecture, and React for contemporary UI/UX.

• Integrate core software engineering with data engineering practices to enhance high-performance platform systems.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum sprint cycles and facilitate delivery and ticket progression through Jira backlogs.

• Provide dependable, high-availability services and optimize performance within intricate, data-rich environments.

• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams.

• Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and system troubleshooting.

• Support a global recruitment, matching technology, and large-scale job search platform through modern microservices and web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical professional experience in software engineering focused on enterprise-level web applications.

• In-depth backend proficiency with Java as the main language, complemented by Python and distributed microservices architectures.

• Proven expertise in React and contemporary frontend web standards (UI/UX).

• Strong grasp of scalable data architecture, along with performance profiling and optimization techniques.

• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging capabilities with sound, production-level architectural judgment.

• Capable of operating within an enterprise-provided Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / Cloud WorkSpace (AWS WorkSpaces).

• Must ensure reliable network latency/connectivity to an AWS WorkSpace region by completing the official health check and submitting a screenshot of successful results with the profile submission.

• Minimum of 6 hours of overlap with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday.

• Proficiency in English is required for interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications.
