Fullstack Engineer – Java, Kotlin, JavaScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and develop the automotive vertical experience as part of a crucial strategic initiative aimed at creating specialized marketplace experiences.

• Design, construct, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs utilizing Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• Create frontend features using React and TypeScript, collaborating with existing components and Microfrontend architecture.

• Design and manage distributed, microservices-based solutions.

• Emphasize code quality, testing, performance, and reliability.

• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.

• Develop and oversee technical and business monitoring for the products and features created.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, and other agentic coding solutions in the daily development workflow.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to introduce new features and continuously enhance the platform.

• Proficiency in effectively using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, or other agentic coding tools) within the daily software development process.

• Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin, with a background in building scalable backend applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot for developing modern applications and REST APIs.

• A strong emphasis on code quality, testing, and application performance.

• Capability to establish both technical and business monitoring for the products developed.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed microservices-based architectures.

• Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, or other agentic coding tools.

• High proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.

• Good understanding of React and its ecosystem for creating user interfaces.

• Solid grasp of semantic HTML5 and the ability to develop responsive layouts using CSS.

• Practical knowledge of building accessible web applications in accordance with WCAG standards.

• Nice to have: Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Nice to have: Basic understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, with an emphasis on MongoDB.

• Nice to have: Practical SQL knowledge.

• Nice to have: Experience with Microfrontend architecture.
