Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product from frontend to backend, including database, infrastructure, and deployment.

• Create and sustain cutting-edge frontend experiences utilizing TypeScript, React, and Vite.

• Construct scalable backend services with TypeScript.

• Design and oversee production applications deployed on Vercel, utilizing Supabase/PostgreSQL.

• Develop a robust account infrastructure capable of managing over 100 active accounts at scale.

• Design and create an AI-driven user-generated content/content-generation engine for high-impact short-form content.

• Develop internal systems and operational tools for managing account and content workflows.

• Create and maintain agentic integrations, including MCP-based infrastructure and modern AI agent ecosystem integrations.

• Make architectural choices regarding technology, system design, tools, scalability, reliability, and engineering trade-offs.

• Balance swift product development with scalable systems.

• Collaborate closely with the founder to shape the product and technical roadmap.

• Engage with users to translate insights into product enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into product and engineering workflows.

• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical processes.

• Ensure technical quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

• Recruit, mentor, and eventually lead the engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a proficient full-stack or product-focused software engineer.

• Demonstrated capability to build and deliver products comprehensively, from user-facing interfaces to backend systems and data infrastructure.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with TypeScript across the entire stack.

• Strong experience with React, Vite, backend TypeScript, Vercel, Supabase, and PostgreSQL in production settings.

• Experience in designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable production systems.

• Solid understanding of product engineering, user experience, system architecture, and technical trade-offs.

• Strong product intuition focused on user journeys, experiences, outcomes, and business impact.

• Deep familiarity with short-form content and social media platforms.

• Experience in building or integrating AI-powered products, automation systems, or agentic workflows is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of contemporary AI tools and architectures, including MCP or similar agentic integration frameworks, is a plus.

• Highly self-sufficient with a strong sense of ownership and capability to operate as a solo technical builder.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and architectural judgment.

• Strong inclination towards execution, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

• Ability to work closely with founders and senior stakeholders on product strategy and technical vision.
