Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable and secure backend services utilizing Python/Django and Java/Spring Boot.

• Create dynamic and responsive user interface components using TypeScript and React.

• Integrate Large Language Models, generative AI assistants, and agentic frameworks into web applications.

• Implement secure REST API protocols, OAuth 2.0 workflows, advanced token management, and AI security measures.

• Safeguard sensitive data and ensure context isolation.

• Maintain accurate and organized technical documentation.

• Manage workflows in JIRA.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert technical requirements into production-ready features.

• Engage in essential ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions during standard Austin business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on development experience with Python/Django.

• Extensive hands-on development experience with Java/Spring Boot.

• Solid practical experience in creating dynamic UI features with TypeScript and React.

• Proven success in integrating web applications with LLMs, generative AI assistants, or agentic frameworks.

• In-depth experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, scopes, token management, and AI security measures.

• Experience in protecting sensitive data and ensuring context isolation.

• Strong practices in managing JIRA workflows.

• Proficient technical documentation skills.

• Fluent in verbal and written English.

• Consistent availability to overlap with teams in Central Time (CT).

• Nice to have: Experience with Workday and/or iCIMS API integration.

• Nice to have: Hands-on experience in developing or managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tools, and resources.
