Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create an internal operational hub to capture client requests and oversee project management.

• Develop a client portal that offers transparency into estimates, revision requests, and project progress.

• Construct an internal dashboard to track team productivity and uphold project management standards.

• Design and implement client intake forms and workflows to replace processes reliant on spreadsheets.

• Create experiences for desktop and mobile that facilitate field staff connectivity, with native mobile development via React Native as the product evolves.

• Take charge of system architecture, design, and scalability decisions for internal tools.

• Develop clean, user-friendly interfaces and user flows across internal platforms utilizing modern component libraries and design systems.

• Initially collaborate with an external development team managing the company's database, with the intention of eventually assuming full ownership.

• Contribute to the development roadmap and assist leadership in prioritizing technical tasks.

• Work directly with leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.

• Robust background in system architecture, design, and scalability.

• Strong product sense with an eye for clean, usable interfaces.

• Experience in shaping customer/user flows rather than just building to specifications.

• Comfortable working across both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — able to navigate ambiguity and work closely with leadership without requiring extensive guidance.

• Self-starter capable of taking long-term, high-autonomy ownership of internal systems.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Node.js is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS is a plus.

• Experience with React Native is beneficial.

• Knowledge of GraphQL is an added advantage.

• Experience with Supabase Auth or Auth0 is a plus.

• Familiarity with hosting platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Railway, Render, or Supabase is a plus.

• Experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD practices is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Lovable.dev is a plus.
