Fullstack Developer, Specialist I – Logistics Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute back-end solutions utilizing Java and/or Kotlin.

• Assume complete responsibility for the software development lifecycle, encompassing implementation, unit testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing existing applications and implement ongoing improvements.

• Engage actively in technical decisions, working independently with a strong sense of ownership over the products.

• Maintain code quality through practices including code reviews and pair programming.

• Investigate and integrate new technologies pertinent to the projects.

• Ensure the maintenance of clear and current technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Strong background in front-end frameworks.

• Solid experience with architectural patterns like Design Systems.

• Proficient in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

• Understanding of distributed and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Proficient in Git and code review methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with application monitoring and observability.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues.

• Critical perspective on performance and security aspects.

• Experience with managed services like RDS, DynamoDB, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and CloudFront.

• Strong emphasis on software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction.

• Knowledge of serverless architecture and AWS Lambda, including best practices for cold starts, observability, and cost management.

• High capability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and engineering cultures.

• Familiarity with application security standards (OWASP Top 10, OAuth, and JWT).

• Proficient with Git or another collaborative version control system.

• Capability to perform root cause analysis on software issues.

• Ability to collaborate in a team and assist in refining technical stories.

• Understanding of cloud architecture (GCP/AWS).

• Familiarity with information security standards and practices (encryption, session management, and access control).

• Knowledge of quality best practices including TDD, unit testing, and BDD.
