Fullstack Developer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance fullstack functionalities utilizing React for the frontend and Python for the backend.

• Actively participate in and aid the progression of a microfrontend architecture.

• Construct and integrate scalable, high-performing microservices.

• Collaborate effectively with the frontend lead and various cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, particularly with AWS Lambda services.

• Maintain code quality, testing, and upkeep in a rapidly changing environment.

• Quickly adapt to changing requirements within an innovative AI-driven trading product.

• Engage in a strategic project for a prestigious banking client, working alongside a diverse team of Developers and Data Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Proficient in Python, React, and SQL.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to tasks.

• Experience working in cross-company or multicultural teams.

• C1 proficiency level in Spanish.

• Nice to have: Experience with microfrontends architecture.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS services, especially Lambda.

• Nice to have: Exposure to projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-related applications or data-driven systems.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with offshore or external partners.
