Fullstack Developer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain fullstack functionalities utilizing React for the frontend and Python for the backend.

• Engage with a microfrontend architecture and aid in its advancement.

• Develop and integrate microservices to guarantee scalability and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the frontend lead as well as other cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including AWS Lambda services.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability in a rapidly changing environment.

• Quickly adapt to changing requirements within an innovative AI-driven product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and SQL.

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development methodologies (testing, CI/CD, version control).

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, methodical work approach.

• Experience in collaborating within cross-company or multicultural teams.

• C1 proficiency level in Spanish.

• Nice to have: Experience with microfrontends architecture.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Lambda.

• Nice to have: Background in projects related to banking, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Nice to have: Understanding of AI-related applications or data-driven systems.

• Nice to have: Experience working with offshore or external partners.
