Fullstack Developer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold fullstack features utilizing React for the frontend alongside Python for the backend.

• Engage with a microfrontend architecture and play a role in its ongoing development.

• Create and integrate scalable, high-performance microservices.

• Collaborate effectively with the frontend lead and various cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including services such as AWS Lambda.

• Maintain code quality, testing, and sustainability in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Adapt swiftly to changing requirements in an innovative AI-focused product.

• Participate in a strategic initiative for a leading banking client by developing an AI-driven trading application.

• Operate within a diverse team of Developers and Data Engineers, utilizing microfrontends, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and SQL.

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

• Capability to thrive in dynamic environments with changing requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, organized approach to work.

• Experience collaborating with cross-company or multicultural teams.

• C1 level proficiency in Spanish.

• Nice to have: Experience with microfrontends architecture.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Lambda.

• Nice to have: Exposure to projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of AI-related applications or data-driven systems.

• Nice to have: Experience working with offshore or external partners.
