Fullstack Developer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain fullstack functionalities utilizing React for the frontend and Python for the backend.

• Engage in a microfrontend architecture and aid in its development.

• Construct and integrate microservices while ensuring high scalability and performance.

• Collaborate closely with the frontend lead and various cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including services on AWS Lambda.

• Maintain code quality, conduct testing, and ensure code maintainability in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Quickly adapt to changing requirements in an innovative AI-driven product.

• Play a key role in a strategic project for a leading banking client, developing an AI-driven trading application.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Proficient in Python, React, and SQL.

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Strong understanding of contemporary software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting requirements.

• Excellent communication skills combined with a structured and methodical work approach.

• Experience working in cross-company or multicultural teams.

• C1 proficiency in Spanish.

• Experience with microfrontends architecture is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Lambda, is a plus.

• Background in banking, fintech, or trading platforms is advantageous.

• Knowledge of AI-related applications or data-driven systems is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with offshore or external partners is a plus.
