Fullstack Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and develop full-stack functionalities utilizing React for the frontend and Python for the backend.

• Engage with a microfrontend architecture and play an active role in its advancement.

• Create and integrate microservices while ensuring optimal scalability and performance.

• Collaborate effectively with the frontend lead and various cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including services from AWS Lambda.

• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability in a rapidly changing environment.

• Quickly adjust to shifting requirements in an innovative AI-centric product.

• Play a key role in a strategic initiative for a premier banking client focused on developing an AI-enhanced trading application.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Profound expertise in Python, React, and SQL.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.

• Capability to thrive in dynamic environments with changing requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and a structured, methodical work ethic.

• Experience collaborating within cross-company or multicultural teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish at a C1 level.

• Experience with microfrontends architecture.

• Knowledge of AWS services, particularly Lambda.

• Exposure to projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-related applications or data-driven systems.

• Experience working with offshore or external partners.
