Fullstack Developer, PL/SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality solutions with clean, secure, and maintainable code.

• Analyze, interpret, and critically evaluate specified solutions, identifying possible compliance issues and areas for improvement.

• Work independently with a sense of ownership, proactively seeking solutions to challenges without needing constant guidance.

• Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, swiftly and accurately overcoming technical and business hurdles.

• Implement and maintain solutions/systems to ensure stability and security.

• Conduct verification and validation testing on implemented features.

• Document developed solutions to guarantee traceability and standardization.

• Collaboratively evaluate and discuss problems and solutions with the team.

• Take proactive steps to resolve technical or business challenges.

• Provide technical support to both internal and external clients as necessary.

• Engage in team ceremonies (daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions).

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the team's practices and processes.

• Assist the team daily by clarifying business inquiries and removing obstacles.

• Track your performance using team metrics and indicators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development, particularly with PL/SQL.

• Well-organized and disciplined, capable of managing both a high volume of tasks and large-scale projects.

• Proactive attitude with the initiative to identify and resolve impediments.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and effectively solve problems in a practical manner.

• Knowledge of relational data modeling.

• Proficient in software development methodologies.

• Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, agile principles).

• Familiarity with BDD and TDD.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in a team and maintain solid interpersonal relationships.

• Analytical and systemic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct quantitative analyses.

• Nice to have: experience with SGU GPL (Unimed Management System).

• Nice to have: experience with Unimed systems or in the supplementary healthcare sector.

• Nice to have: experience with Java.
