Fullstack Developer – Node.js, React.js – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in establishing delivery goals and strategize activities to achieve them.

• Assist team members in navigating challenges, resolving blockers, and efficiently completing tasks.

• Take part in product implementation discussions and design solutions that align with the existing architecture.

• Support other developers in enhancing product architecture.

• Develop straightforward, high-quality, high-performance solutions that adhere to best practices for consumers.

• Maintain, enhance, and review code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming.

• Create unit, integration, functional, and performance tests.

• Construct and enhance product monitoring systems and engage in incident analysis and resolution.

• Utilize data and insights to identify enhancements and opportunities regarding technical debt, processes, and partner relations.

• Research, test, and recommend new technologies.

• Keep documentation current and accurate.

• Collaborate effectively by providing feedback and sharing improvements and standards.

• Clearly and concisely communicate technical and non-technical information, tailored to the audience.

• Foster a culture of respectful opinion sharing and active participation in discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in programming with Node.js.

• Experience in back-end development.

• Proven experience in building microservices.

• Understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js), HTML, and Shell scripting.

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

• Understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, or Clean Code practices.

• Experience with serverless and container technologies, including Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in React.js.

• Experience in building Backend for Frontend (BFF) and micro-frontend architectures.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB, as well as relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.

• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic and the AWS ecosystem.

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture patterns in cloud environments (AWS Cloud, GCP).

• Experience in developing event-driven distributed services using technologies like Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.

• Experience working in digital product teams utilizing agile methodologies focused on business objectives.

• Excellent communication capabilities.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, distributed, and diverse teams.
