This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in establishing delivery goals while planning and organizing your own tasks.
• Assist team members in overcoming challenges, resolving blockers, and proactively completing their assignments.
• Take part in product implementation decisions by comprehending the domain and designing solutions that align with the existing architecture.

• Maintain, enhance, and review code through Code Review and Pair Programming to minimize vulnerabilities.

• Utilize data and facts to identify enhancements and opportunities, investigate, test, and recommend new technologies.
• Keep documentation current.
• Collaborate effectively, practice giving and receiving feedback, and assist the team in learning best practices and standards.
• Clearly and concisely communicate technical and non-technical topics, tailoring the message to suit the audience.

• Experience working in digital product squads using an agile development model focused on business objectives.
• Proficiency in programming with Node.js.
• Background in back-end development.
• Experience in building microservices.
• Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript (Node.js), HTML, and Shell.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, or Clean Code.
• Experience with serverless and container technologies such as Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience in building BFFs and micro-frontends.
• Understanding of NoSQL and relational databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with a CI/CD tool such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic and the AWS ecosystem.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working within a cross-functional, distributed, and diverse team.
• Understanding of cloud-based distributed systems architecture patterns (AWS Cloud, GCP).
