Fullstack Developer, JavaScript, CSS, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Involvement in an international project within the automotive sector

• Evolution and migration of digital platforms utilizing Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service and Adobe Edge Delivery Services

• Full stack development

• Rewriting and optimizing frontend components

• Creation of necessary backend integrations to support application services

• Maintenance of existing codebases

• Integration with external systems through APIs

• Collaboration with international teams

• Adoption of best development practices to ensure performance, accessibility, quality, and maintainability of solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in frontend development with Vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility

• Familiarity with web performance principles, including Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse

• Understanding of web accessibility best practices, including semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, and contrast

• Experience in backend development with Java

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles

• Experience with API integration using REST/JSON

• Ability to manage data mapping, error handling, timeouts, and retries

• Understanding of caching and invalidation logic

• Proficient in using Git for version control

• Familiarity with Maven or equivalent build automation tools

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Good command of the English language, at B2 level

• Nice to have: experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (Sites)

• Nice to have: knowledge of Adobe Edge Delivery Services and/or Universal Editor

• Nice to have: experience in high-traffic site migration projects

• Nice to have: knowledge of HTL (Sightly) and JSP components

• Nice to have: experience with Apache Sling and OSGi

• Nice to have: experience with Content Fragment and GraphQL/Persisted Query

• Nice to have: knowledge of Dispatcher, caching and invalidation strategies, CDN

• Nice to have: familiarity with analytics and tag management tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or equivalents
