Fullstack Developer, Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain product functionalities utilizing Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

• Develop and manage RESTful APIs, backend services, and frontend applications tailored for Workflow and Automation solutions.

• Maintain high standards of code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, along with code reviews and collaborative problem-solving.

• Work alongside product managers, UX/UI designers, and other development teams to provide features centered around customer needs.

• Play a role in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of cloud-based SaaS architecture.

• Create reliable, scalable, and secure solutions with a focus on performance, concurrency, caching, and authorization.

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, including offering technical support to customers.

• Share expertise, participate in team discussions, and promote continuous learning and improvement within the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of substantial commercial experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot, encompassing the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs.

• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js, especially for backend logic, serverless functions, or API resolvers.

• Solid frontend development experience with React, including modern state management solutions like Redux or TanStack Query and routing.

• Practical knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and application architecture.

• Experience in writing automated tests, including unit and integration tests, with familiarity in JUnit 5, Mockito, Vitest, or Playwright.

• Proficient in using Git and Maven.

• Familiarity with Docker and contemporary development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

• Openness to collaborate, experiment, learn, and pursue continuous improvement.

• Proficient English communication skills (B2 or higher).
