Fullstack Developer – Java, Angular, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve fullstack applications utilizing Java, Angular, and AWS.

• Create and enhance secure, reliable, and scalable APIs.

• Engage with distributed systems, microservices, messaging, and REST APIs.

• Take part in code evaluations, as well as risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• Assist in updating and modernizing legacy systems to ensure stability and ongoing enhancement.

• Outline technical solutions and contribute to significant architectural choices.

• Offer technical guidance by mentoring junior team members and advocating for engineering best practices.

• Work collaboratively in agile settings, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing fullstack applications with Java and Angular.

• Proven track record in creating and enhancing robust, secure, and scalable APIs using Java EE 6+, Java 8+, and the Spring Boot 2+ framework.

• Familiarity with distributed architectures, microservices, messaging systems, and REST APIs.

• Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL), including data modeling, intricate queries, and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or similar technologies.

• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, Clean Code principles, SOLID, DDD, and Design Patterns.

• Proficient in Angular 11+, TypeScript, RxJS, Components, Services, Router, and Lazy Loading techniques.

• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Less, and developing responsive, accessible interfaces.

• Experience with SPA applications, state management, and performance enhancements.

• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests using Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.

• Familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.

• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Actively participate in code reviews, risk analysis, and mitigation, employing AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

• Experience in supporting and modernizing legacy applications.

• Ability to define technical solutions and assist in high-impact architectural decisions.

• Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring junior staff and promoting engineering best practices.
