Fullstack Developer – Flutter, Node Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the Rotinas GB mobile application along with its web module "Gestão de Rotinas" designed for consultants and franchisees of Grupo Boticário.

• Enhance franchise operational capabilities by centralizing store management functions.

• Deliver solutions that streamline the daily tasks of consultants.

• Integrate solutions to improve the efficiency of the salesforce's everyday operations.

• Engage in development using Flutter and Node.

• Collaborate on establishing architectural standards, reusable components, and implementation strategies for intricate features.

• Comprehend and navigate all application layers, from mobile interfaces to backend infrastructure.

• Impact technical decisions and mentor other developers on sophisticated solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues effectively and sustainably.

• Communicate technical concepts to varied audiences and ensure team alignment.

• Identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and proactively address technical challenges.

• Take ownership of deliverables from initial conception through to production monitoring.

• Operate within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Maintain technical documentation, share knowledge, and contribute to the scalability of both the team and the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced experience with Flutter: 4+ years working on multiple high-complexity production projects.

• Expertise in advanced state management, modular architectures, and in-depth performance optimization in Flutter.

• Strong experience with Node: 2+ years.

• Proficient in developing REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Familiar with Express, Fastify, or NestJS.

• Experience with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Knowledgeable in NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.

• Proficient in data modeling, query optimization, and database migrations.

• Understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and microservices.

• Experience in fullstack automated testing, including tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, and Playwright.

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiar with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of automated unit and widget testing methodologies.

• Understanding of resilient architectures.
