FullStack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality code for both backend services and frontend user interfaces.

• Engage in architecture and design discussions, assessing trade-offs related to scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Create robust cross-browser user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES2017, TypeScript, and React.

• Develop backend services in Java and GoLang with a focus on performance and data integrity.

• Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot during daily development activities.

• Participate in code reviews to enhance the quality and consistency of the codebase.

• Identify instances of technical debt and propose solutions.

• Divide development tasks into manageable components and execute them reliably.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance to clarify requirements and ensure high quality.

• Share new patterns, tools, and development methodologies with team members.

• Perform other relevant tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in a Latin American country.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Over 4 years of full-stack software development experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Understanding of JavaScript design patterns and single-page applications.

• Solid experience in Java and/or GoLang.

• Familiarity with data structures, relational databases, and SQL.

• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.

• Understanding of application infrastructure concepts, including containers, caching, and distributed systems.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Capability to work independently on well-defined problems until completion.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to unit and functional testing.

• Experience in building AI-driven applications, agentic products and features, working with LLMs, or utilizing LangChain or Google ADK is a significant advantage.

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field obtained through post-secondary education, hands-on experience, or a combination of both.
