Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop software solutions for property managers utilizing Claude and Cursor

• Enhance current product features and progress the product development roadmap

• Take ownership of new features and optimize them for user-friendliness

• Manage data integrations, including email, phone calls via Twilio and Vonage, as well as WhatsApp

• Import customer data such as historical emails, documents, buildings, apartments, contracts, and contacts

• Synchronize with systems that customers continue to operate alongside the platform

• Enhance the agent platform with over 200 tools and an integrated knowledge base

• Assist both customer-built and prebuilt text and voice agents

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Over a year of experience in deploying production code

• Builder-first mentality; eager to release initial iterations swiftly

• Capable of working independently and taking full responsibility for tasks

• Writing the majority of code with the assistance of AI

• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure

• Quick learner with a generalist approach rather than a specialist focus

• Technology stack is not a key factor; AI will generate 100% of the code

• Preferred: strong backend and systems design experience

• Preferred: experience in creating databases from scratch, including tables, relationships, and indexes

• Preferred: expertise in optimizing query performance and cost

• Preferred: experience in developing production agents

• Preferred: familiarity with queues and long-running workflows
