Full Stack Web Developer – WordPress

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive WordPress website based on finalized Figma designs

• Develop responsive and precisely aligned layouts utilizing Elementor and Elementor Pro across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms

• Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for functionalities or designs that Elementor cannot fulfill

• Construct custom WordPress features and enhance or modify existing plugins

• Integrate external APIs, CRMs, forms, and other systems

• Work with WordPress hooks, filters, custom post types, custom fields, and REST APIs

• Implement technical SEO strategies, such as heading structures, metadata, schema, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, crawlability, and indexing setup

• Optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals metrics

• Conduct testing across various browsers and devices, resolve QA issues, and prepare for staging-to-live deployment

• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure delivery aligns with approved designs and technical specifications

• Transform approved Figma designs and project specifications into a fully responsive and functional WordPress website

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in WordPress development, including proficiency in Elementor and Elementor Pro

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Background in WordPress plugin development and creating custom WordPress functionality

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and API integrations

• Solid understanding of technical SEO, website performance, and Core Web Vitals

• Competence in responsive web development and ensuring cross-browser compatibility

• Working knowledge of MySQL and WordPress database structures

• Proficient in using Git or another version-control system

• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical challenges

• Keen attention to detail when executing approved designs

• Proven history of building complete WordPress websites from Figma designs using Elementor and Elementor Pro

• Experience with reusable components, spacing, typography, responsive behavior, and design systems

• Familiarity with complex API or CRM integrations

• Experience in handling agency website projects based on sanctioned design files

• Self-supplied equipment: a minimum of 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), 512GB HDD/SSD, and Windows 11 Home or Pro

• Possession of power backup, a secondary/external monitor, noise-cancelling headset, and webcam

• Minimum internet speed of 40–50 Mbps for both download and upload

• BIR self-registration and requisite government contributions

• NBI or Police Clearance

• Any government-issued identification

• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday

• Completion of an English proficiency test and a personality assessment

• Agreement as an independent contractor under Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
