Frontend React Developer – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the Agent Platform team, a unified platform designed for the creation, management, and operation of LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s various business channels.

• Develop an agent development platform that empowers functional teams to utilize Generative AI independently.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to bring the technical vision for products to fruition.

• Write efficient code and optimize algorithms.

• Actively engage in technical reviews to minimize the squad’s technical debt.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement and enhance the Agent Platform interface.

• Ensure product quality through rigorous testing, accessibility measures, journey tagging/analytics, and frontend observability.

• Prioritize quality, performance, simplicity, and user experience in both frontend and backend solutions.

• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor various solutions.

• Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.

• Take part in product implementation decisions, showcasing ownership.

• Maintain, improve, and review existing code via Code Reviews and Pair Programming.

• Keep documentation current and comprehensive.

• Collaborate effectively and seek innovative, practical solutions to challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in web development utilizing React.

• Strong background in automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests.

• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Sonar.

• Familiarity with the AWS platform.

• Knowledge of secure development practices, security assessments, vulnerabilities, and incident response protocols.

• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, multi-language, and collaborative environment.

• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• A proactive, questioning, analytical mindset with systems thinking capabilities.

• Proficiency in discussing frontend trade-offs and effective communication with Design and Product teams.

• Experience utilizing AI assistants in the development workflow, such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to align with business objectives.

• Nice to have: experience integrating LLM APIs, Generative AI engines, or agent platforms.

• Nice to have: experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments.

• Nice to have: experience in backend development using Python, Django, or a similar framework, with the capability to evolve the BFF alongside the frontend.
