This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive features for internal Operations & Supply Chain web applications.

• Define requirements, create technical designs, execute, test, deploy, and maintain applications in a production environment.

• Act as the technical owner for enterprise applications, focusing on architecture, stability, reducing technical debt, maintainability, and the long-term health of applications.

• Lead the technical design for intricate features and enhancements.

• Develop contemporary UIs utilizing Blazor and DevExpress for data-intensive screens.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using C#/.NET.

• Create and optimize data access for Azure SQL / SQL Server.

• Design and maintain secure cloud application architectures.

• Provide support for .NET applications hosted in Azure, including tasks related to configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support.

• Enhance operability and reliability through effective logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution.

• Engage in and enhance CI/CD delivery processes across DEV, QA, and Production.

• Write clean, secure, and testable code, and conduct code reviews.

• Offer technical guidance, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation support to developers.

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams.

• Lead and contribute to the development of technical standards, reusable components, architectural patterns, and engineering practices.

• Balance business delivery with considerations for technical debt, maintainability, performance, production stability, security, and long-term architecture.


⛳️ Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and developing service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services.

• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL or comparable relational database platforms.

• Proven experience in building data-driven applications and diagnosing as well as optimizing slow queries and data access patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably in Azure.

• Experience in application hosting, configuration, secrets management, deployment, logging/monitoring, and troubleshooting production .NET applications.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Preferred: significant experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance enhancement.

• Preferred: experience in designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications within Microsoft Azure.

• Preferred: involvement in Azure architecture decision-making regarding hosting, scalability, reliability, security, observability, resiliency, deployment strategy, and cost management.

• Preferred: knowledge of secure cloud application patterns, including Azure Key Vault, managed identities, service accounts, least-privilege access, secure configuration, and credential/secret lifecycle management.

• Preferred: experience with observability tools such as structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and production incident triage.

• Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
