Full-Stack Web Application Developer – Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive features for internal Operations & Supply Chain web applications, from clarifying requirements to providing production support.

• Act as the technical owner for enterprise applications, influencing architectural decisions, ensuring production stability, reducing technical debt, enhancing maintainability, and overseeing application health.

• Lead the technical design of complex features and enhancements, assessing performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and delivery tradeoffs.

• Develop modern user interfaces using Blazor and DevExpress for data-intensive screens, complex filtering, editing, and user workflows.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs in C#/.NET, focusing on validation, error handling, asynchronous processing, secure integrations, and maintainable service architecture.

• Create and optimize Azure SQL / SQL Server data access, including query optimization, indexing, query-plan analysis, pagination/streaming, and performance troubleshooting.

• Design and support secure cloud application patterns involving secrets management, managed identities, least-privilege access, authentication/authorization, and secure connectivity.

• Provide support for .NET applications hosted in Azure, covering configuration, environment management, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support.

• Enhance operability and reliability through logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident troubleshooting utilizing Application Insights and Log Analytics.

• Engage in CI/CD delivery across DEV, QA, and Production environments, including deployment validation, configuration management, release troubleshooting, and rollback considerations.

• Write clean, secure, and testable code; conduct code reviews; improve engineering patterns; and ensure alignment of solutions with engineering standards.

• Offer technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation support.

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams to translate requirements into designs and delivery plans.

• Lead and contribute to the establishment of technical standards, reusable components, architectural patterns, and engineering practices across applications.

• Balance business delivery against technical debt, maintainability, performance, production stability, security, and long-term architectural goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET, focusing on building service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services.

• Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL or similar relational database platforms.

• Proven experience in developing data-driven applications and troubleshooting slow queries and data access patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably in Azure.

• Background in application hosting, configuration, secrets management, deployment, logging/monitoring, and troubleshooting production .NET applications.

• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Preferred experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance tuning for large and complex datasets.

• Preferred background in designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications within Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Key Vault, managed identities, application configuration, networking/security considerations, and CI/CD deployment patterns is preferred.

• Experience in implementing secure cloud application patterns, including least-privilege access and credential/secret lifecycle management, is preferred.

• Experience in observability practices using structured logging, metrics, distributed traces, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and production incident triage is preferred.
